【ロカボチーズケーキを更に美味しくお召し上がりいただくために・・・】
1.先ずはジェラートとして・・・
解凍せずにお好みの厚さに切り、スプーンで食べるとクリーミーで大豆の風味豊か なジェラートとしてお楽しみいただけます。
お好みで玄米フレーク、ナッツ類、黒蜜、抹茶パウダーをかけて和風のパフェにも。
2.切ってから少し時間を置いて更にまろやかな状態で・・・
時間の経過により、10分ほど解凍させたことでより大豆の旨味と甘さが増します。
夏は冷たいお茶、冬は暖かい煎茶、ほうじ茶、番茶、麦茶、和紅茶や燗酒と合わせても美味しく味わえます。
3.更に時間を置くことで和製チーズケーキに・・・
全解凍されたロカボチーズケーキは大豆の生きた和の風味。
醤油や味噌といった発 酵調味料のベースともなっている大豆が脂質と糖質が大幅にカットしてくれているので、罪悪感ゼロ。
米粉のクッキーと一緒にお茶菓子にしたり、冬は燗酒に合わせても◎!
